IF YOU ARE SELECTED TO MOVE ON TO THE SEMI-FINALS AND/OR THE FINALS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: Semis and Finals will take place at the Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center.

E&M Presents / HOLD HARMLESS
Indemnity:  E&M Presents shall not be liable for loss of life or injury or damage to person or property caused by defects, latent or otherwise, in the buildings of Lucky Penny Productions and/or the Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center, or any of the equipment, machinery, utilities, appliances or apparatus therein or from causes beyond its control including acts of God or the elements.  Any personal belongings (costumes, props, equipment, musical instruments, books, jewelry, clothing, etc.) brought to these premises for tryouts, semis or final event are at the sole risk performer and are not the responsibility of E&M Presents. Such items are NOT covered by E&M Presents insurance.  Performer shall reimburse, protect, defend, indemnify E&M Presents and its trustees, officers and employees harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses), damages and causes of action for damage or injury to person or property or death resulting from the negligence or misconduct of performer or any party for whom performer is legally liable, except to the extent (if any) resulting from the negligence or misconduct of E&M Presents or any party for whom E&M Presents is legally liable.
